Hi everyone, and welcome to the new website for International Gaming Events (IGE), hosts of the tabletop gaming World Team Championships!
After our adventures in Cork Ireland, it was fantastic to see many faces old and new in Granada, Spain. We've spent the last few weeks and months since then in preparation for our next event in 2025 - and we think it's set to be our best yet.
We'll be welcoming you all to Sheffield, England, for packed weekends of competitive gaming through out 2025.
This year we were delighted to bring everyone together under the same roof within the fantastic Abades Hotel. This meant EVERYTHING was under one roof: Gaming, food and great accommodation, Ok, lunches were outside but all this will change. As 2024 is the year of multiple systems changing and bringing out new editions I thought it best if the IGE make some key changes as well.
For starters each system will have its own date in 2025 allowing for a complete immersion into the game of your choice.

MESBG: 12 - 13 April 2025
Bolt Action 26 - 27 April 2025
Star Wars Legion: 24 - 25 May 2025
With this i have included a couple of coordinators to the team from social events and Public Relations. More on these 2 as the year goes on.
Tickets will be sold in 3 formats:
Single Event entry.
Single Accom and Event entry.
And of course Double Accom and Event entry.
These will soon be up on the website for purchase along with the rules packs.
Now that's a topic in its own right. In 2024 the developers of our great systems are making major changes to their games and we will keeping a close eye on these changes and reflecting them in our rules packs.
Exciting times.
Tickets will be going on sale for the WTC 2025very soon, and your country reps will be receiving their private links through which they can buy tickets for their country. If you want to secure a spot, get in touch with your country rep to find out what their selection criteria is this year. And if you don't know who your rep is - or you're not sure if you have one - get in touch with us and we'll point you in the right direction.
