Hi everyone, and welcome to the new website for International Gaming Events (IGE), hosts of the tabletop gaming World Team Championships!
After our adventures in Cork Ireland, it was fantastic to see many faces old and new in Granada, Spain. We've spent the last few weeks and months since then in preparation for our next event in 2024 - and we think it's set to be our best yet.
We'll be welcoming you all to Granada, Spain, for a packed weekend of competitive gaming from 3rd to the 4th Feb 2024. This year we were delighted to bring everyone together under the same roof within the fantastic Abades Hotel. This meant EVERYTHING was under one roof: Gaming, food and great accommodation, Ok, lunches were outside but we are changing this.
We are adding the singles event package for the 1st -2nd of Feb. This is the first time we have decided to include this and we are very excited about the possibilities it brings to the IGE.
To sum things up, with fantastic reviews from all the players this year, for 2024 we are going back to the same venue.
For the team event your amazing ticket price you will get you 3 nights accommodation at this great 4 star hotel, breakfast, lunch on the Saturday and Sunday and an evening meal on the Saturday night.
For the singles event on the 1st - 2nd Feb your amazing ticket price you will get you 2 nights accommodation at this great 4 star hotel, breakfast, lunch on the Thursday and Friday and an evening meal on the Thursday night.
We're also adding a new game system to our ranks - please give a metaphorical round of keyboard-powered applause for Star Wars Legion!
Light sabres and blasters, Droids, Rebels, Sith and Jedi battle it out over fantastic scenic worlds with the Empire looking on. This great game brings all of your Star Wars favourite characters to life , and we're really excited to welcome them to the team.
Tickets will be going on sale for the WTC 2024 very soon, and your country reps will be receiving their private links through which they can buy tickets for their country. If you want to secure a spot, get in touch with your country rep to find out what their selection criteria is this year. And if you don't know who your rep is - or you're not sure if you have one - get in touch with us and we'll point you in the right direction.
